Keywords:

Two years have passed since the first reported case of COVID-19 in the province of Hubei, China and despite the extensive vaccination campaigns that have been implemented in many countries, we still find ourselves in medical practice, with patients with COVID-19 who have refused to be vaccinated and who also do not remember having previously suffered from the disease. Is this a death sentence for them? And despite the above, they have positive antibody titers, why is this and can this change the natural history of the disease and consequently the prognosis of these patients?
We comment on the evolution of two clinical cases with these characteristics, and the possible explanation for their evolution and prognosis. We consider the dissemination of this information to be important since it is a current issue, interesting and scientifically useful topic for application in clinical practice.
